Refund policy

We at Cavero are dedicated to providing a fair return policy.

**Return Eligibility**

The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging.

**Return Timeframe**

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

**Refund Process**

The refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

**Exchanges**

We do provide exchange facilities for the returned items, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, the customer is eligible for a refund.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, the customer must notify us within 48 hours with proper photographic evidence. We will replace the item or provide a refund.

**Non-Returnable Items**

Used items, items without original packaging, or items marked non-returnable are not eligible.

**Return Shipping Costs**

Return shipping charges are applicable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
